As the Project Coordinator for INFiLED at LEaT con in Hamburg, I managed the entire event project from start to finish—handling stand planning, logistics, demo unit coordination, and onsite delivery for our 20m² space. With technical and sales team support, we showcased a dynamic LED experience tailored to the rental and staging market.
Full-Scale Project Management:
Led the full project lifecycle—from exhibitor registration and space planning to product selection and logistics coordination. Worked closely with our partner BildKraft to ensure a high-impact display tailored for the rental industry.
Demo Unit Coordination:
Curated a focused product lineup to highlight versatility and performance:
AR3.9mk2 (2x2m, 8u): Suspended on the new stacking system with triangle connectors and wind bracing for a striking overhead display.
AMT8.3 mesh (2x1m, 2u): Demonstrated innovative lightweight mesh technology with wind bracing and modular hanging.
DB1.5mk2 (1.5x1.5m, 9u): Delivered ultra-fine pixel pitch in a compact format.
Magic Cube (4u): Interactive 500x500mm cube unit for added visual interest and engagement.
Logistics & Operations:
Managed all pre-event shipping and storage coordination with Kühne & Nagel. Ensured efficient delivery for setup and dismantling while securing appropriate storage for cases and pallets. Oversaw setup and teardown scheduling, ensuring the team stayed aligned with venue regulations.
Marketing & Brand Visibility:
Collaborated with INFiLED’s marketing team to prepare tailored content, including Alex Maltsev’s media for a seamless one-player loop. Strategically placed each screen to showcase both creative possibilities and practical applications for live event environments.
Team Collaboration:
Worked closely with the team to ensure the stand communicated INFiLED’s strengths in LED innovation, particularly for the European rental and staging market.
